Melanie Chiu is a real estate broker and educator.
She holds real estate professional designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Melanie is also an Ontario Certified Teacher ( OCT) with a certificate in e- learning, which proves to be an asset in the field of real estate education. With her sought after talents, we are so thrilled to have her as one of our Leadership Partners.
Outside of sales, Melanie is a highly rated course facilitator at the Real Estate Salesperson Program delivered by Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning. She is also an instructor for courses developed by the National Association of REALTOR® for real estate boards and the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
Away from work, Melanie enjoys volunteering and has served on various boards and committees for local and international organizations such as the Pan Am and Para Pam Am Games 2015.
She is also a proud wife and mother of 3.
